Presentation Details


Program facilitates quick building / editing of presentation details. User may configure available features and catalog products to suits its business needs. Presentation details wizard can be accessed in the following modes:

New Presentation Building

  • from the Product Show case Window, Search Window, Full Scale Window- user can build new presentations:

    to build new sales eCampaign

    to build interactive presentation

    catalog supplement image  to build catalog supplements

    to build trade show specific slide show
     

  • from customer Offer Management Window, user can create new presentation:


     

  • from Customer Driven eSales Album Window, user can create new presentation:


     

  • from Menu - eSales Presentation - <select respective new presentation>

Edit Existing Presentation

  • eSales Presentations, eCampaigns and Catalog Supplements can be edited from Presentation Manager (including for products insertion / removal); whereas eOffer and eAlbum can be edited only for features, not for products (inclusion or exclusion).

Presentation Detail (for new presentation / editing for existing presentation) Wizard

  • First Pane of Wizard - (Basic information of Presentation)




 

  • Fill the friendly catalog name (compulsory input) - once created, this can not be changed / modified.

  • Fill the catalog description / notes (for internal references only)- optional input

  • Fill the primary email Id (compulsory input) - it will be used to create response sheet
     

  • Click next in the wizard to move to product selection pane (for eAlbum and eOffer presentations, this pane will not be there. User can select catalog products only for remaining presentations.

  • User can select products on the following criterion

    • all products (not available for  catalog supplement presentation) - select option to create presentation with all products.

    • selected products -

      • products from selection basket (this option is enabled only when there are products in selection basket) - not available for  catalog supplement presentation

      • products for selected category / sub category - to select products from specific category / sub category, select option for selected category and then select specific category / sub category from category pane  (not available for  catalog supplement presentation)

      • date driven selection - select option for catalog products modified / inserted after selected date from date selector

    Once the selection criterion are set, follow step II (click to insert catalog products into presentation). Upon clicking in step II, user can see the products added to list (available for preview and removal of products, if any).

    If, user requires to insert products from more than one criterion (e.g. selection basket + specific category; or products from two different category etc), then repeat the process again (step I and Step II).


 

  • Click next  in the wizard to set navigation structure and product display structure. (this pane is available only for eAlbum and Catalog Supplement)


     

    • products can be shown with categorized segregation or without any segregation (all products together for presentation).

    • products segregation driven navigation menu can have both the selections for user of - show category driven presentation and show all products.

    • click Next to go to features
       

  • User can set the features applicable for presentation (refer to list of  features available for each presentation)



     

    • to provide slide show in presentation, check true to apply slide show and select type of slide show from drop down list

    • if slide show is selected , then user can music file with side show (except with feature packed slide show) by, first checking music on slide show and then selecting file by browser button

    • to provide powerful search with presentation, check search engine to be true. (search engine on presentation will enable quick searching facility to viewer)

    • check full screen view to true to remove browser tool bar from presentation

    • to provide image copying protection by checking right click disabling image copying

    • check to select response sheet

    • to provide online order facility, select shopping feature. User can then select, shopping option by shopping cart or buy now button with each product. Buy now button, will require web URL for buy with each product.

    • to create product detail page, check product full page. User has option to prepare product detail page with product contents or to integrate it with web catalog through web link URL

    • additional forms like about us, contact page etc (as provided in customized integrated theme), check additional forms / pages to true.
       

  • Click finish   to complete presentation building or editing process. User can modify presentation info and products list in future from Presentation Management Window.
     

  • Upon clicking finish, program will prompt for display and design selection process ( design setting window). User can skip this and publish presentation. User can always customize  design setting, gateway page setting (if applicable) and theme integration at later time. If user does not opt for customization, presentation building is done with default settings.
     

  • Click Back /Next  to navigate wizard pane and click cancel  to skip the updating / saving process.
